In order to ensure the improvement and pursuit of financial procedures, the European Blind Union (EBU) is looking for a Finance Officer.
The European Blind Union (EBU) is a non-governmental, non-profit making European organisation founded in 1984. It is one of the six regional bodies of the World Blind Union. It protects and promotes the rights of blind and partially sighted people in Europe. It currently operates within a network of national organisations of the visually impaired in 42 European countries - www.euroblind.org

ANTICIPATED START DATE: as soon as possible.
JOB TITLE: Finance Officer
TYPE OF CONTRACT: fixed-term contract (12 months) with possibility to be converted into a unlimited contract; part-time (minimum 17,5h per week, French-law).
BASED IN: Paris, France. Other arrangements such as occasional home-based work are open to discussion.
MOBILITY: Some foreign trips will be required.
REPORTING: The Finance Officer reports directly to the EBU Executive Director.
SALARY: circa €1700 monthly gross + 13th month + lunch vouchers and complementary health insurance.
