On the international level, according to the treaty (Multilateral Agreement on the issue by certain networks of international tickets for the blind and their guides - Applicable from May 24, 1998) Serbia has signed with many European countries, blind persons pay the full ticket priice, and the guides do not pay anything. Guide dogs are also to travel free of charge. There are no limitations to the number of journeys within a year.
