The project DANOVA – Innovative Transportation Services for Blind and Partially Sighted Persons is in its last year of implementation. Its main objective is to improve the accessibility of airports, seaports, train/bus stations to blind and partially sighted people by developing a set of new services and competencies in order to allow them to have full access to all transportation information, facilities, and services. The consortium of 14 partners from 9 different countries, led by Dubrovnik Airport as Lead Partner, is well balanced in terms of the involvement of airports, seaports, research institutions, local authorities, and associations representing visually impaired people (CBU and BSVO, as well as Slovak Blind Union as associated partner).
On the occasion of the Transnational Management Meeting held in Varna, Bulgaria, on 3rd May, the CBU as the partner responsible for WP Communication presented the new Leaflet with 3 Innovative Ideas. The 3 ideas were the best ones ranked by the International Expert Jury. However, more than 20 innovative solutions were collected through the Transnational Open Innovation Call for Ideas.
Find out which innovative solutions made their way to the Leaflet.
