Charles KUSI-MENSAH, I am originally from Ghana (West Africa), driven by a passion for finance and a commitment to continual learning, I decided to leave my beautiful country and moved to France in 2018 to pursue a master’s degree in finance at University of Rennes (IGR-IAE) in Bretagne. My internship research focused on challenges faced by most French companies in the Adaptation of IFRS: Theoretical principles & differences and challenges in practice. This academic endeavor opened the door to new opportunities in the European financial landscape.
Before joining EBU, I worked both as a financial controller and finance officer at Kerry Group and Monceau CPA respectively in Paris, where I oversaw strategic budget forecasting & analysis, streamlining accounts payable processes, financial statements and participated in the year-end financial audit.
When I am not working, I am mostly watching football, hiking, photography, and giving back to the communities through volunteering for charitable activities.
