Meet Charles Kusi-Mensah – The New EBU Finance Officer

I am originally from Ghana (West Africa), driven by a passion for finance and a commitment to continual learning, I decided to leave my beautiful country and moved to France in 2018 to pursue a master’s degree in finance at University of Rennes (IGR-IAE) in Bretagne. My internship research focused on challenges faced by most French companies in the Adaptation of IFRS: Theoretical principles & differences and challenges in practice.

EBU Board – Request For Information

Following the recent meeting in Paris, the EBU Board is working on establishing a set of rules and guidelines to provide a framework for staff, volunteers, management and other collaborators to ensure that all communication and interaction respects the individuals involved. We would like to ask all members if such structures exist in your organisations, whether it be in terms of guidelines or complaints procedures, so that the Board can take into account existing good practices.

Making the most out of holidays: the AccessibleEU consortium organises a hybrid event on accessible tourism

No matter what season of the year we’re in. Even if they’re brief, holiday periods are much appreciated by everybody, including persons with disabilities. In that sense, service providers in this domain need to be familiar with the concept of accessibility so our communities can enjoy touristic activities on an equal basis with others. This was the message conveyed by the participants of the AccessibleEU Consortium’s hybrid event on harnessing the benefits of inclusive destinations hosted on 23rd January in Madrid (Spain).
